  Personal data will be processed by Formificio Romagnolo S.p.A. for the following processing  

   purposes:

• to comply with any requests to Formificio Romagnolo S.p.A.;

• for aggregate and anonymous research and statistical analysis;

• to comply with legal obligations relating to the above activities and to the exercise of rights in court;

• following your consent, which is always optional, for marketing purposes, namely to send you by email advertising material and/ or communications on products or services offered by the Company;

No data deriving from the web service, navigation data specified above, data provided in the "Contacts" section or provided voluntarily by the user (e.g. by e-mail) and cookies, is communicated or disseminated (without prejudice to communication to police or judicial bodies, if necessary).

The processing of data for the purposes indicated in point 3) above, with the exception of letter d), has a legal basis in the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the interested party, as well as, where applicable, to fulfill a legal obligation (art. 6 lett.b and c of the Regulation). For the purpose d) in point 3) above, the legal basis is your consent, which you are free to give or not and which you can revoke at any time.

As part of the purposes indicated in point 3 above), the processing of data will be carried out by automated tools, in compliance with the regulatory provisions regarding the processing of personal data, adopting the appropriate security measures.

The processing of the Data will be managed by trained and instructed staff, precisely to ensure adequate security and confidentiality, as well as to avoid risks of loss and/ or destruction and access by unauthorized parties.

 

 7. Communication and dissemination of data

The data will not be disseminated. Within the limits strictly relevant to the purposes indicated in point 3 above) the Data may be communicated to:

• specifically authorized persons within the Company who carry out activities related to and instrumental to the management of the requested services;

The provision of data for the purposes with the exception of letter d), indicated in point 3 above) is strictly necessary in order to provide the requested services. Therefore, failure to provide even partial data implies the objective impossibility of giving effect to such requests.

The provision of consent to the use of your data for the purpose of letter d), indicated in point 3 above) is optional, failure to provide implies the objective impossibility of sending communications for marketing purposes.

 

 13. Place of storage and transfer of data

The personal data of users will be collected and stored on servers located in Europe and in the registered office of the "Data Controller".
